As an Operations Intern, you will work alongside Plant Leadership and Operations teams to support cheese and whey manufacturing processes, improve operational performance, and gain firsthand experience in a world-class dairy manufacturing environment.

Where You Will Drive Value

• Gain exposure to multiple areas of plant operations, including milk receiving, cheese production, drying, packaging, and shipping.
• Support projects focused on improving processes, productivity, quality, safety, and operational efficiency.
• Collect and analyze data to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
• Partner with Operations employees and leaders to learn various roles and responsibilities throughout the plant.
• Present project outcomes, recommendations, and key learnings at the conclusion of the internship.

• Currently pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Dairy Science, Agricultural Science, Food Science, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

• Interest in manufacturing, continuous improvement, and leadership development.
