    About the Job Were looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Operations & Fulfillment Associate to work directly with company leadership across operations, fulfillment, and customer experience. This is an early-career, high-growth role for someone who wants to learn how a startup actually runs - not from the sidelines, but in the middle of it. Youll own real work across the company while jumping in wherever leverage is needed - whether thats managing inventory, prepping a hardware rollout, supporting a customer, or getting a shipment out the door.

    This role is hands-on. It includes real physical work in our LA lab.

    Part-time or Full-time. LA-based. Hybrid In Office / Home.

    Skills Youll Need

    • 0-2 years of experience in a startup, operations, marketing, consulting, or similar high-intensity environment.
    • Extremely organized and detail-oriented - you track things without being asked twice.
    • Comfortable moving between strategy discussions and hands-on execution.
    • Strong written and verbal communicator.
    • Tech-savvy and fluent with modern tools (HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Apollo, AI tools, etc.).
    • Hands-on experience with Android devices or consumer electronics is a plus.
    • Warehouse fulfillment or logistics experience is a plus.

    Based in Los Angeles.

    What Youll Do

    • Operations & Fulfillment: Prep, configure, and ship demo units, customer hardware orders, accessory store orders, and new customer rollouts - end to end.
    • Device Configuration: Flash and provision Android devices, apply MDM profiles, and troubleshoot basic setup issues.
    • Inventory Management: Maintain real-time inventory visibility across hardware, accessories, and supplies.
    • Ops Meetings: Run 3x weekly internal ops syncs to align the team on open shipments, priorities, and blockers.
    • Customer Experience: Step in to support inbound customer requests during demand spikes; improve documentation and support workflows over time.
