An Operations Financial Supervisor is responsible for supporting the system transaction support center. Responsibilities include managing a team of employees, reporting out on monthly metrics and actively seek opportunities to improve business processes. Critical for success are a high attention to detail and accuracy, and the ability to provide and maintain organization and direction.

Responsibilities:
Directly supervise members of the team. Responsibilities include interviewing and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; and providing feedback.
Lead the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly and year-end financial statements and reports.
Lead the monthly closing and consolidation process, account reconciliations, and related analysis and reporting. Oversee, prepare, and review general ledger entries and account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
Actively participate on special projects: identify and recommend best practices.
Coordinate the daily and weekly reporting and recording of banking activity.
Coordinate the reconciliation and reporting of inter-company activity with related companies.
Coordinate the gathering of and submission of data related to the yearend audit.
Perform ad hoc projects and analyses.
Provide resources and information to meet operational needs. Maintain open communication with divisional and departmental leads to ensure coordination of accounting needs..
Other duties as assigned.
