    Shine | Cincinnati, OH | Full-Time

    Shine is growing across multiple markets, and we’re looking for a highly organized, dependable person to help keep our leadership team and day-to-day business operations on track.

    This is more than a traditional administrative role. You’ll work directly with company leadership and take ownership of the communication, reporting, follow-up, billing, and administrative systems that help the company run smoothly.

    The right person is someone who enjoys creating order, following through on details, communicating with customers and team members, and making sure important tasks don’t fall through the cracks.

    What You’ll Be Responsible For

    •  Attend key operating meetings and track decisions, action items, owners, and deadlines. 
    •  Prepare daily and weekly company performance reports. 
    •  Help manage operational calls, texts, and shared inboxes. 
    •  Coordinate customer follow-up, review requests, rebooking, and retention efforts. 
    •  Manage invoicing, accounts receivable tracking, and collections follow-up. 
    •  Support company leadership with calendars, meetings, proposals, and administrative priorities. 
    •  Maintain company scorecards, SOPs, recurring reports, and software administration. 
    •  Assist with job postings, applicant screening, and interview scheduling. 
    Those responsibilities are directly aligned with the five ownership areas in the role proposal.

    What Success Looks Like

    This role has clear expectations around responsiveness, reporting, billing, and follow-through, including same-day meeting recaps, timely invoicing, consistent weekly scorecards, and strong customer response times. 

    Growth Opportunity

    As Shine continues to expand, this role is designed to grow with the company and could develop into a broader operations leadership position over time.
    Compensation: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
