Title: Operations Engineering Manager
Location: Milpitas, CA | Onsite
Rate : $60/hr - $80/hr
Duration: 12 Months( Contract)

Job Summary

• Lead daily manufacturing operations across SMT, PCBA, mechanical, backend, and cleanroom areas.
• Drive SQDCI, OEE, throughput, FPY, productivity, and labor efficiency.
• Lead Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, continuous improvement, and problem-solving initiatives.
• Manage production planning, capacity, NPI, resource allocation, and corrective actions.
• Lead and develop supervisors, team leads, and production teams.
• Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other teams to resolve operational issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of manufacturing operations leadership experience, preferably in electronics/EMS.
• Strong knowledge of SMT, PCBA, system integration, mechanical assembly, and/or cleanroom operations.
• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma, production KPIs, ERP/MES, and continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• IPC standards and Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
