Description

Salary: $115,000 - $120,000 annually
Location: Greenville / Columbia / Augusta, GA (No Relocation)

Essential Responsibilities
  • Direct, supervise, and coordinate the activities of operational staff, including field crews.
  • Utilize collaborative leadership techniques to support customer demand and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Evaluate operational needs, including staffing, materials, and subcontractor requirements, and coordinate resources as needed.
  • Partner with leadership to ensure profitability while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Review operational reports and lead initiatives to minimize costs and prevent project delays.
  • Monitor operational procedures to maximize efficiency and implement process improvements where appropriate.
  • Audit operational expenditures and identify opportunities for cost savings.
  • Coordinate and participate in administrative and technical initiatives, including cost reduction, process improvements, safety, housekeeping, employee training, and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with other offices and teams to promote continuous operational improvement.
  • Evaluate employee performance and provide recommendations regarding compensation, promotions, and performance management.
  • Administer company policies while fostering strong employee relations.
  • Promote and enforce a culture of workplace safety, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and maintaining safe working conditions.
  • Participate in job evaluations and provide job analysis and supporting documentation as needed.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to maintaining a culture of safety throughout the organization.
