Operations Director

The Director of Operations is expected to be the Ambassador, leader and critical component in ensuring that the restaurant is successful in all aspects of the Create Raving Fans model, providing remarkable service, craveable food, and hospitality throughout each experience in the business. Our Director of Operations role at Cedar Hill is to manage the daily operations of the business. The Director of Operations is expected to be the Ambassador, leader and critical component in ensuring that the restaurant is successful in all aspects of the Create Raving Fans model, providing remarkable service, craveable food, and hospitality throughout each experience in the business. The following responsibilities have been identified in order to more clearly delineate the overall structure within Chick-fil-A that will allow the Director of Operations to fulfill this role:

Key Responsibilities

• Coach, train, and develop team members and build capability
• Drive organizational effectiveness
• Initiate and execute marketing activations as needed
• Analyze all business metrics
• Motivate staff during demanding service periods
• Manage restaurant inventory
• Manage relationships with vendors
• Managing schedules, vacations, requests for time off
• Keeping accurate records
• Recruiting, training and educating staff
• Reinforces the CORE 4, and Delivering Second Mile Service

Requirements:

• 2+ years of restaurant management
• Hospitality or food service background is a plus
• Expected to attain ServSafe Manager Certificate
• Ability to execute procedures with excellence
