Operations Director — Front of House or Back of House

At CFA Brunswick, our vision is to create lasting, positive change through servant leadership. We’re seeking an experienced Operations Director to oversee either Front of House or Back of House operations, with leadership responsibility for 70+ employees.
You will own operational results, develop leaders, and build a culture where people are valued, challenged, and equipped to succeed.
Required experience: At least three years of comparable leadership experience.
Schedule: A minimum of 45 hours per week in the restaurant including evenings and Saturdays. Sundays off.

Responsibilities:
- Lead daily FOH or BOH operations, maintaining high standards for hospitality, quality, safety, cleanliness, accuracy, and speed.
- Lead and develop a team of 70+ employees through supervisors and other leaders.
- Provide individual coaching to direct-report leaders at least twice monthly.
- Use guest feedback and performance reports to identify gaps and deliver measurable improvements.
- Manage staffing, deployment, and resources responsibly.
- Build consistent systems and hold leaders accountable for execution.
- Work alongside the team and partner with the Owner/Operator to strengthen restaurant performance.
Necessary Skills:
- Three or more years of comparable leadership experience with responsibility for people development, operations, and measurable results.
- Experience leading a substantial team and developing supervisors or other leaders.
- Strong communication, judgment, organization, and follow-through.
- The ability to maintain high standards while building respectful relationships.
- Readiness to lead in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment.
Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or other high-volume operations experience is especially relevant.

Compensation: Starting at $21 per hour
