Location: Boca Raton, FL (In-Office)Salary: $50,000-$80,000/year + Benefits

We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys finding inefficient processes and replacing them with smarter, automated solutions using AI, CRM systems, databases, and modern business software.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain CRM databases

• Build reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking

• Clean and validate large datasets

• Create advanced Google Sheets and Excel tools

• Develop AI-powered workflows and automations

• Automate repetitive office tasks

• Integrate software platforms using APIs, Zapier, or Make

• Support sales and operations with reporting and insights

• Document processes and create SOPs

• Identify and implement system improvements

Requirements

• Experience with CRM systems, workflows, automations, reporting, and data management

• Strong Google Workspace and Excel skills

• Daily user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Excellent communication skills
