Role Summary:
The Data Analyst will support the Operations function by collecting, validating, analyzing and reporting on business and operational data across Grosvenor Technology & GT Clocks. The role will provide accurate insight, dashboards and performance reporting to help improve decision-making, identify trends, highlight risks and opportunities, and support continuous improvement across operational processes, customer delivery, inventory, service performance and wider business activity.
This role will play a key part in the successful implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and the evolution of the company's management information capability through Power BI and modern data practices. The position is aligned with the company's strategy to create a unified source of business insight from ERP, CRM, GT Connect, and other operational systems.
Key Responsibilities: (Included but are not limited to)
Collect, clean, validate and analyze data from operational systems, reports and other business sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards and KPI trackers to support Operations and senior management decision-making.
Identify trends, patterns, anomalies and opportunities for improvement within operational performance, customer delivery, stock, service and workflow data.
Work with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Finance, Sales, Customer Support and other departments to understand reporting requirements and turn business questions into meaningful analysis.
Support forecasting, capacity planning, inventory analysis and operational performance reviews through clear and timely data insights.
Prepare clear written summaries and visual presentations of findings for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Maintain and improve data quality by identifying gaps, inconsistencies and process issues, escalating concerns where appropriate.
Develop and document reporting processes, data definitions and analysis methods to support consistency and repeatability.
Assist with ad hoc analysis, project reporting and continuous improvement initiatives as required by the VP Global Operations.
Handle confidential and commercially sensitive information appropriately and in line with company policies.
Experience & Qualifications:
Previous experience in a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, Operations Analyst or similar analytical role.
Advanced Excel skills, including ODBC pivot tables, lookups, formulas and data manipulation.
Experience using reporting or visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau or similar.
Working knowledge of databases, data extraction and query tools; SQL experience a must.
Ability to analyze large and varied data sets, identify meaningful insights and communicate findings clearly.
Experience working with operational, supply chain, service, customer or sales data would be beneficial.
Degree or equivalent experience in Data Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Operations or a related discipline is desirable.
Understanding of data accuracy, confidentiality and good data governance practices.

Working Location / Hours / Travel
Optional office-based role in Cooper City, Florida, with flexibility for remote work
Occasional work outside standard business hours may be required to support operational priorities
Ability to travel to Cooper City, FL office (if remote). No other travel anticipated, however, ability to travel domestically and internationally preferred.
