Description

Job Title: Customer Support
Location: TEMPE AZ

Introduction

In this contingent resource assignment, you will participate in or provide support for low complexity initiatives within Customer Service. You will review basic or tactical issues, policies, or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained related to low-risk tasks and deliverables with narrower impact in Customer Service. You will receive direction from a supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing an understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. You will provide information to client personnel in Customer Service.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months of Customer Service, Financial Services, or Contact Center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

  • Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Call routing: Prioritize routing retail leads to triage agents and manage confirmed leads to dedicated sales consultants.

  • Maintain impeccable pipeline management including tracking contact attempts, scheduling calls, and notetaking in referrals.

  • Manage callbacks, follow-ups, and ensure activation through Welcome Calls.

  • Handle referral assignments and phone skilling/prioritization to balance workload.

  • Participate in regular feedback sessions to gather insights on pilot successes and areas for improvement.

  • Review pilot conversion rates and evaluate the effectiveness of the triage model.
