Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to support daily business operations and drive efficiency across teams. This role plays a critical part in ensuring processes run smoothly, projects stay on track, and internal teams are aligned. Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Support cross-functional teams with project tracking, timelines, and deliverables
- Monitor workflows and identify opportunities to improve processes and systems
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and operational updates for leadership
- Maintain accurate records, documentation, and internal systems
- Assist with scheduling, resource allocation, and meeting coordination
- Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and collaboration
- Track key performance metrics and escalate issues as needed
- Support onboarding and training initiatives related to operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Operations, or related field)
- 2-5 years of experience in operations, administrative support, or project coordination
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and operations/project tools (e.g., Asana, Monday, Smartsheet)
- Ability to analyze information and solve problems efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Preferred Skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Familiarity with process improvement or workflow optimization
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
