As a member of the Fleet Operations team, you will be working to coordinate the registration of new vehicles & vehicles being relocated as well as ensuring existing vehicle registrations are renewed and vehicle titles are accurate and accounted for.

Job Responsibilities :

• Vehicle Registration

• Remain current with state motor vehicle regulations and procedures for vehicle registration: new vehicles, state changes & renewals

• Coordinate vehicle registrations and renewals through processing completed forms & paperwork in all 50 states utilizing tag & title agencies, state & local governments, online registration systems & vehicle dealerships.

• Vehicle Insurance

• Insurance onboarding process for new clients

• Maintain relationships with insurance providers

• Obtain Certificates of insurance & insurance cards

• Insurance renewal process for client COI's

• Oversee the distribution of Motorlease insurance cards at time of renewal

• Title Processing & Tracking

• Track & verify incoming titles from motor vehicle departments & lending institutions

• Process title corrections & add liens

• Perform bi-annual internal title audit

• Assist lienholders in tracking titles & submitting to audit upon request

• Team

• Work collaboratively with all cross-functional groups, including management, customer experience, business development & accounting

• Provide overflow support for other team members to ensure that client needs are met

• Assist with process improvement initiatives, improving workflow & identifying efficiencies & cost savings

• Salary: $45,000-$50,000
