Pillar4 Media is seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to join our fast-growing team in Charlotte, NC.The Operations Coordinator will provide hands-on support across office operations, employee experience, and Talent programs. This role will help keep day-to-day processes running smoothly by coordinating office needs, employee recognition and events, new hire and offboarding logistics, and HR administration. Our vision is to build the #1 content and commerce engine connecting consumers directly to the best brands in all four pillars of health and wellness: sleep, fitness, nutrition, and mental health.What You'll Be DoingReporting to the Manager, Executive Operations the Operations Coordinator will:Office & Administrative SupportManage office supplies and recurring office needsReceive and coordinate mail and packagesTrack equipment and inventoryEmployee Recognition & ExperienceTrack work anniversaries, milestones, and other recognition opportunitiesSupport recurring employee experience initiatives (ex: Teammate Task Force Activities) Research, order, and coordinate teammate and partner giftsSupport Talent events, company lunches, celebrations, and other employee programmingNew Hire & Offboarding SupportPrepare equipment, desks, swag, and welcome materials for new hiresSupport onboarding checklist administrationCoordinate equipment retrieval during offboardingMaintain accurate equipment and offboarding recordsTalent Systems & AdministrationUpdate process documentation and Talent resources (ex: Updating our new Notion page)Support administrative components of employee lifecycle programsAssist with data entry, document organization, trackers, and recurring Talent processesOperations & Special ProjectsAs capacity allows, the coordinator could also support defined projects such as research, event preparation, data cleanup, document organization, and other administrative Operations or Talent needs.What You BringCurrently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Leadership, Communications, or a related fieldStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and recurring responsibilitiesDependable and accountable - someone who follows through and can be trusted to own tasks from start to finishProfessional with strong written and verbal communication skillsGood judgment and discretion when handling employee or confidential informationComfortable learning new systems, tools, and processesInterest in Operations, HR, or employee experienceAbility to work 10–18 hours per week onsite in our Charlotte officePrior HR or Operations experience is not required.
