Operations Coordinator III

Coordination of the team’s operating cadence, including scheduling worldwide team meetings, Global Leads meetings, Weekly Seed Reports, Product Placement Reports, the Buzz newsletter, What’s the Buzz?, onboarding, and team events. Operational support for major initiatives through project timelines, financial and meeting management working closely with Operations Head and admins.

Our Client, a Consumer Products and Software Services company, is looking for a Operations Coordinator III for their Culver City, CA/Hybrid location.
 
Responsibilities:

• Support the operational rhythm of the team while providing much-needed administrative support.
• Executive support, including calendar management, travel, expenses, meeting preparation, notes, action tracking, and follow-ups.
• Coordination of the team’s operating cadence, including scheduling worldwide team meetings, Global Leads meetings, Weekly Seed Reports, Product Placement Reports, the Buzz newsletter, What’s the Buzz?, onboarding, and team events.
• Operational support for major initiatives through project timelines, financial and meeting management working closely with Operations Head and admins.
