Summary
The operations Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and managing the administrative day-to-day operations of the business. They ensure smooth workflow, track progress, and communicate with different teams to meet operational goals.
Core Responsibilities
- Operations & Ticket Management: Monitoring account portfolio, managing Corrigo tickets, checking emergency tickets, and ensuring timely assignments.
- Daily Reporting & Communications: Nightly cleaning reports, open work orders, missed cleans, and daily communications to field managers.
- Cleaning & Quality Tracking: Team cleans, QA audits, periodic tickets, Wednesday Skip Days/Saturday cleanings, and trash hauling.
- Security Oversight: Daily security issue tracking plus monthly trend reporting.
- Manager Support: Sending photos/completion notes, troubleshooting QR code issues, and helping managers close tickets.
- Training & Technical Support: Training staff in English and Spanish via phone, Zoom, and email.
- Communication & Collaboration: Responding to emails and attending meetings.
- Reporting & Performance Management: End-of-month reports, client reports, performance goals, and complaint trending.
- Administrative & Compliance: Background checks, timekeeping reports, master job lists, new builds, and branch setup.
- Additional Operational Support: Special projects and other duties assigned.
Education and Experience Required
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills required, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills
- Direct communicator, able to build strong relationships across the company with all employee levels
- Must be trustworthy and possess a high degree of integrity and sensitivity with confidential information
- Must be highly organized and able to work easily with ambiguity
- Providing exceptional customer service, with potential face-to-face interaction.
- Able to anticipate needs, be resourceful, and be solution-oriented

Hybrid Role-Office and Remote combination, standard business hours but may need to be flexible for after-hour requests.
Travel
Some sites and customer visits may be necessary. QA input/review would require site visits for confirmation of completion.
