Customer Service & Operations Coordinator
Pay: $18.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)
Location: Mars Plastics / 40 Agnes Street Providence, RI
Job Type: Full-time
About Us: We are a growing injection molding company focused on quality, reliability, and strong customer relationships. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team and help support daily operations and customer communication.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries, questions, and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate customer orders from entry through delivery
- Schedule shipments and deliveries to meet customer deadlines
- Work closely with internal teams (production, shipping, and management) to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
- Purchase materials and outside goods as needed to support production
- Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and inventory needs
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service, office, or coordination experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, order systems)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or other languages) is a plus
- Experience in plastics or manufacturing is a plus
