Operations Coordinator - Cleveland Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting with organizational projects, strategic planning, and general office operations to ensure that our organization’s logistical needs are met. Deliver reports to department heads, management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization.

Operations Coordinator - Cleveland Operations Coordinator is responsible for assisting with organizational projects, strategic planning, and general office operations to ensure that our organization’s logistical needs are met. The Operations Coordinator will report to the VP of Operations and will be an essential part of the smooth daily operation of our business.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate vendors while fostering relationships, as needed.
• Remain on budget by always seeking the best prices for supplies and services.
• Monitor supply stock and place orders as needed.
• Oversee daily functions of the Operations department.
• Manage Operations files and projects.
• Ensure that all activities conform to local, federal, industry and company standards.
• Observe, review, and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies and areas where improvements could be made.
• Identify and resolve any problems in the production process.
• Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.
• Deliver reports to department heads, management teams and boards of directors to provide insight into the overall efficiency of the organization.

• Facilitate cross-channel feedback from customers and employees to management and executive teams.
• Collaborate with team leaders, managers, and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals.
• Collaborate with management and executives to set departmental and organization-wide goals.
• Design and maintain clear operational guides to ensure consistency of operations.

• Complete all duties as assigned with a high degree of dedication.
• NetSuite or equivalent type of system experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Significant experience as an operations coordinator, sales, or similar role.
• Experience in the customer service field is a preferred.
• Strong computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Highly organized with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Able to prioritize tasks and work independently.
