As our Operations Controller, youll be a key member of our Operations Management Team in Wisconsin, partnering with leaders across our Wisconsin plants to provide the financial insights, performance analysis, and strategic guidance that help drive operational excellence and business performance.
In this role, youll work closely with site leadership, our Operations Director, and a global network of Operations Controllers across FrieslandCampinas ingredient sites, including regular collaboration with colleagues in the Netherlands. Its an exciting opportunity to combine hands-on operational finance with strategic influence while helping shape the future of a growing manufacturing operation.

Youll be successful in this role if you bring a combination of strong financial expertise, business curiosity, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the organization.
Experience & Education
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
Three + years of experience in finance, controlling, or accounting within a manufacturing environment.
Financial & Technical Expertise
Youre comfortable analyzing complex data and using it to tell the story behind the numbers. Ideally, youll have experience with:
Financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and standard costing.
Financial modeling and scenario planning.
SAP, HFM, Power BI (or similar business intelligence tools), and Microsoft Office.
Turning data into actionable insights that support sound business decisions.

Job Description:
What Youll Be Doing
As our Operations Controller, youll help drive the financial performance of our Wisconsin operations by turning data into insights that support smarter business decisions. Working alongside plant leadership and the Operations Management Team, youll identify opportunities, solve challenges, and help shape the financial strategy behind our day-to-day operations.
In this role, youll:
Partner with operational leaders to monitor performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and standard cost pricing activities that support informed business decisions.
Translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations for leaders across the organization.
Support finance projects, strengthen internal controls, and help ensure compliance with corporate policies and risk management practices.
Collaborate with colleagues across our global finance network, including our Head Office and ingredient sites around the world, to share best practices and drive operational excellence.
This serves as a key member of the Wisconsin Operations Management Team, providing both strategic insight and hands-on financial support to help our plants succeed.
