Uses in-depth market and organizational knowledge to help the organization make timely, effective decisions. Education Must have a Bachelors Degree in Strategic Planning, Marketing, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Business Administration or Health Care Administration; AND a Masters Degree in Business or Health Care Administration. Other Qualifications Must demonstrate leadership, ability to work collaboratively and effectively with executive management and board members, proficiency in problem-solving, project management, verbal and written communication and expertise with the Microsoft Office product suite, and a proven ability to use skills and knowledge to create desired results.
