Description

The mission of the Branch Manager is to oversee the successful execution of all maintenance and corrective activities inside the branch. Maintain constant communication with Regional Sales Manager to meet and exceed client expectationsSafety: Promote a safe work environment for all employees, implement safe work practicesProfitability: Work with an eye toward improving gross margins of maintenance and corrective projects. Identify issues with project estimating to ensure jobs are sold at a profitable margin and have a comprehensible scope of workEfficiency: Reduce wasted time and maximize production on job sites. Provide guidance to direct reports on day-to-day scheduling and efficient use of time. Review time sheets and address excessive non-job timeImprovement of Existing Processes: Identify opportunities for improvement, make recommendations and assist in development of processes, policies and programsOperations Planning: Forecast future labor, vehicle and equipment needs to keep the branch fully staffed and able to execute fieldwork in a timely and efficient manner.
