Description

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Operations Associate in San Diego, CA. Summary: The Operations Associate is responsible for delivering high-quality workplace support and ensuring smooth daily operations within the office environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, and external service providers, contributing to an efficient, well-maintained, and customer-focused workspace. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line support by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and directing individuals to appropriate resources
  • Greet and assist employees and visitors, ensuring a positive and professional experience
  • Manage space reservation requests and coordinate workspace and meeting room setups
  • Set up and maintain meeting rooms, including catering coordination and audio/visual equipment preparation
  • Deliver AV support and troubleshooting before and during meetings and events
  • Maintain cleanliness and stocking of general use areas, including copy rooms, coffee stations, and vending areas
  • Provide basic technical support for office equipment such as copiers and printers
  • Support onsite meetings and events through preparation, logistics, and execution
  • Receive, process, and distribute inbound and outbound mail and packages
  • Coordinate large-scale duplicating projects, including copying, collating, assembly, and binding
  • Track and follow up on customer requests to ensure timely completion
  • Perform administrative tasks in accordance with location guidelines
  • Serve as a point of contact for external vendors as needed, including vendor escorting
  • Assist with preparing and tracking operational reports
  • Monitor supply inventory and place orders to maintain adequate stock levels
  • Perform daily tasks and maintain accurate records using Microsoft applications

Requirements:

  • High School diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Comfortable using a computer and Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
  • Ability to lift and move office supplies/equipment as needed
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with employees, visitors, and vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in office operations, facilities, or hospitality environments
  • Experience with AV equipment setup and troubleshooting
  • Experience coordinating meeting/event logistics

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
