We are supporting our client on a search for an Operations Associate who will keep the trains running across a fast-growing team. This is a launchpad seat for someone early in their career who wants exposure to finance, people, and rev ops in one role.
You will work hybrid out of a modern Phoenix office and report to the head of operations. We are intentionally open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers who love organization and follow-through.
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations across finance, HR, and admin
Document and improve internal processes
Help with vendor management, software subscriptions, and procurement
Coordinate cross-functional projects from kickoff through completion
Maintain operational dashboards and reporting cadences
Run team standups and capture action items
Help plan team events and offsites
Requirements
0 to 2 years of operations, project coordination, or admin experience
Strong organization and follow-through
Comfort with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
Bias toward action and clear communication
Hybrid presence in the Phoenix office at least two days per week
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
