We are supporting our client on a search for an Operations Associate who will keep the trains running across a fast-growing team. This is a launchpad seat for someone early in their career who wants exposure to finance, people, and rev ops in one role.

You will work hybrid out of a modern Phoenix office and report to the head of operations. We are intentionally open to recent grads, internship grads, and career changers who love organization and follow-through.

Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations across finance, HR, and admin
  • Document and improve internal processes
  • Help with vendor management, software subscriptions, and procurement
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects from kickoff through completion
  • Maintain operational dashboards and reporting cadences
  • Run team standups and capture action items
  • Help plan team events and offsites

Requirements

  • 0 to 2 years of operations, project coordination, or admin experience
  • Strong organization and follow-through
  • Comfort with Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, and spreadsheets
  • Bias toward action and clear communication
  • Hybrid presence in the Phoenix office at least two days per week
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
