We are seeking an Operations Associate who will play a critical role in supporting our continued growth. This position works across multiple departments including Operations, IT, Compliance, Human Resources, Marketing, Training, and Client Services. You'll help keep projects moving, improve processes, create professional documentation, and provide exceptional support to both internal teams and external partners.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, wearing multiple hats, and making a meaningful impact on a growing organization.

What You'll Do

• Support day-to-day operations and administrative activities.
• Draft and maintain SOPs, policies, procedures, training materials, and business correspondence.
• Prepare professional emails, letters, reports, and internal communications.
• Assist with HR, onboarding and employee support activities.
• Support IT projects and provide basic technology assistance.
• Own the company LMS and lead technical training sessions.
• Help coordinate marketing and training initiatives.
• Interact professionally with clients, agents, vendors, and business partners.
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and ensure excellent customer experiences.
• Assist with special projects and process improvement efforts.
• Help leaders execute strategic initiatives that drive business growth.
