In this role, you will serve as the critical face (and voice) of our company-supporting patients, healthcare providers, and clinical staff daily.As we continue to expand, we are looking for future leaders. If you are a strong communicator with great technical aptitude and a compassionate heart, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do (Essential Responsibilities)Be the Voice of the Company: Act as the primary point of contact for incoming patient and provider inquiries, managing inbound calls.Provide Solutions: Assist callers with laboratory-related questions, order statuses, specimen requirements, and general account support.Master the Tech: Navigate multiple software platforms and databases simultaneously to research and resolve customer concerns.Keep Precise Records: Accurately document all interactions and maintain detailed records within company systems.Collaborate & Escalate: Communicate effectively across internal departments and elevate complex issues to management when necessary.Stay Compliant: Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all healthcare regulations (HIPAA) and company policies. What You Bring (Qualifications)Education: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree required.
