What You’ll Do
Support daily office operations including filing systems, data entry, and document management
Coordinate internal projects by tracking deadlines and preparing reports
Assist with event planning for meetings, workshops, and company initiatives
Manage incoming calls and direct communication across multi-line phone systems
Process work orders and maintain facility-related records
Order and manage office supply inventory
Act as the first point of contact for facility and office-related needs
Coordinate security access for employees and visitors
