Operations Assistant

TRC working with our client which is a growing company, is seeking a dependable and customer-focused Operations Assistant to support daily branch operations. This role will serve as the first point of contact for customers while assisting with order processing, inventory management, shipping documentation, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, able to multitask, and quick to learn in a fast-paced environment. Construction industry experience is a plus.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and assist customers at the front counter

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service and answer customer inquiries

• Prepare shipping tickets and support logistics activities

• Assist with inventory management and tracking

• Support ordering processes and operational workflows

• Maintain accurate records and documentation

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors as needed

Qualifications Include:

• Previous customer service, administrative, or operations experience preferred

• Strong multitasking, organizational, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Quick learner with a willingness to ask questions and adapt

• Proficiency with basic computer applications

• Construction industry experience is highly preferred
