Careerscape is supporting a client opening for a Remote Entry-Level Operations Assistant. This role focuses on supporting daily business operations, maintaining accurate records, coordinating administrative processes, and helping teams operate efficiently.

The Operations Assistant will work closely with internal teams to support workflows, track operational activities, and assist with process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational and administrative activities
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • 0–2 years of experience in administration, customer service, operations, or support roles
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
