We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to support core business operations through data analysis, workload coordination, and ongoing process management. This role plays a critical part in turning data into actionable insights, supporting operational efficiency, and helping teams stay aligned on priorities, performance, and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data & Database Support: Extract, organize, and validate data from multiple databases to support reporting, analysis, and operational decision-making.
  • Workload Management: Assist with tracking, prioritizing, and coordinating workloads and projects across teams to ensure efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery.
  • Financial & Metrics Tracking: Monitor financial performance and key operational metrics; develop dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Operational Support & Improvement: Provide day-to-day operational support, identify process improvement opportunities, and collaborate cross-functionally to implement best practices.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience with database querying tools such as SQL preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Power Suite (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint for analysis and executive-level reporting.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
