Job Title: Operations Analyst
Location: Walker, MI
Duration: 8+ Months (Contract with possibility of extension)
Pay Range: $33.00 - $35.00 /hour on W2
 
Position Overview
The Operations Analyst will play a vital role in supporting our organization’s business operations by leveraging data-driven insights, managing workloads, tracking key financial and operational metrics, and ensuring ongoing operational excellence. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about using data to drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Database Data Pulls: Extract, organize, and validate data from various databases to support reporting, analysis, and decision-making activities.
  • Workload Management: Assist in the allocation and prioritization of tasks and projects across teams, ensuring efficient resource utilization and timely completion of deliverables.
  • Financial and Metric Tracking: Monitor, analyze, and report on financial performance and key business metrics.
  • Prepare regular dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Ongoing Operational Support: Provide day-to-day support for operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices.
 
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common business applications.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
