POSITION SUMMARY:

  • Provide analytical and operational support to leadership by analyzing data, identifying trends, and delivering insights that drive operational improvements and strategic decision-making.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and executive presentations that monitor key performance indicators and support business objectives.
  • Partner with Operations, Finance, and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, improve operational efficiency, and implement strategic initiatives.
  • Assist with documentation, project tracking, and process improvement efforts to ensure accurate reporting and operational excellence.
  • Support high-priority operational projects by managing deliverables, evaluating performance metrics, and providing data-driven recommendations.

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor's degree required with 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, finance, accounting, corporate development, or a related analytical field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Smartsheet, Tableau, and PowerPoint with experience creating reports, dashboards, and executive-level presentations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with experience collaborating across Operations, Finance, IT, Revenue Cycle, HR, Analytics, Clinical, or other cross-functional teams.
  • Healthcare industry experience preferred with a demonstrated ability to support operational improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $60,000-$65,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
