Operations Analyst- Mandarin

This role supports securities settlement operations, including trade matching, corporate actions, reconciliations, client reporting, and settlement-related projects. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of banking or financial services experience, strong Excel skills, excellent attention to detail, and Mandarin language abilities are highly preferred.

Description

• Process securities settlements, including trade matching, corporate actions, reconciliations, and client reporting.
• Communicate with clients, support operational projects, and assist team members as needed.
• Work in a banking environment requiring strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and financial services knowledge.
• Ideal candidates have 1+ year of experience, strong Excel skills, and Mandarin fluency is highly preferred

Profile

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in related finance role.
• Bilingual ability in Mandarin and English.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship required.
• Strong Excel skills a plus.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.
