Operations Analyst - Jersey City, NJ - Contract - W2/C2C - $37-47 Per HR

The Operations Analyst role is a hybrid position focused on enhancing operational processes within a trade finance environment. The role involves analyzing workflows, ensuring compliance, and implementing process improvements. The candidate will work with various technologies to support system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze operational processes to identify gaps and efficiency opportunities.
• Support the processing of trade finance instruments, including issuance and settlements.
• Review and improve workflows to enhance accuracy and risk controls.
• Collaborate with teams to support system enhancements and automation.
• Ensure compliance with industry rules, internal policies, and regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience in trade finance operations with a focus on trade finance instruments.
• Strong understanding of industry rules and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in process improvement and workflow optimization.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
