Join a High Profile International Bank as a Operational Risk Management Analyst.

Are you an experienced risk professional eager to make a meaningful impact within a top tier financial organization? High Profile International Bank, a premier asset manager with a global footprint and a reputation for excellence, is seeking a dedicated Risk Analyst to bolster the operational risk management efforts.

This officer-level role offers an exciting opportunity to engage across diverse functions, contribute to strengthening controls, and shape the bank’s risk culture.

This is a full-time direct hire role working hybrid onsite 2-3 days per week in Midtown Manhattan with an organization that offers competitive compensation, the salary range for the role is $90,000-115,000 per year, an annual bonus, and a great benefits package.


What We’re Looking For:
  • Proven expertise in operational risk management within financial institutions, with 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, capable of conducting comprehensive risk assessments and identifying key trends and issues.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and influencing abilities to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Vendor Risk, Model Risk, or Business Continuity Assessments.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements affecting operational risk.
  • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and risk reporting processes.
  •  
Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
  • Experience working in a corporate environment within the financial sector, particularly in risk management roles, is highly desirable.
  • This position requires a hybrid work schedule with at least 2 days per week in the New York City office.
  • Professional certifications in risk management (e.g., CRM, FRM) are a plus but not mandatory.
