Position Summary Responsible for designing Warehouse and Logistics processes to optimize service quality and compliance while optimizing and fully tapping D365 and Tasklet capabilities. Working with the Director Warehouse & Logistics to develop Metrics, Reporting and Governance to drive visibility, service quality and compliance. Serves as Workstream co- lead for D365 pick pack and ship implementation; delivering the crawl, walk and run vision while serving as liaison between Warehouse, OPS, IT, D365 implementation and support teams and Tasklet ISV. This also includes leading all design, training and testing for D365 (UAT, EUT, etc) as well as designing any required customizations. Serving as SME and super user – navigating between PROENERGY facilities; training, trouble shooting and designing all necessary adjustments.
