    Description

    We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Operation Manager to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of our pediatric healthcare services. The Operation Manager will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all aspects of our business, including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and quality assurance. This is a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary and the opportunity for growth within our organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations

    Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

    Manage staffing needs, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations

    Develop and manage budgets, ensuring financial targets are met

    Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards

    Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth

    Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new programs and services

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in a pediatric setting

    Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team

    Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs
