If you are committed to service excellence and patient well-being, we welcome you to join us.Shift:1st shiftSchedule: 7a-3:30pHours per week: 40 hours per weekBenefits Status: Benefits EligibleDepartment: Surgical ServicesIn this position the Operating Room Transporter/Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) will:Safely transport patients to and from surgical suites.Verify patient identity and ensure all required documentation is complete prior to transport.Assist with patient transfers while maintaining safety, dignity, and privacy.Communicate patient concerns, unusual symptoms, or changes in condition to nursing staff immediately.Support PACU staff with patient transport and other assigned duties.Provide direction, encouragement, and support to patients and family members.Restock supplies and obtain equipment from designated hospital locations.Assist with operating room cleaning, turnover, and preparation between surgical cases.Maintain cleanliness and organization of equipment and assigned work areas.Assist in orienting new team members.Perform other duties as assigned.Job Requirements:Current CNA certification in WisconsinBLS/CPR certification within 3 months of hireStrong communication and teamwork skillsCompassionate, patient-centered approach to careAbility to thrive in a fast-paced hospital settingPrevious healthcare experience preferredApply today and become part of our team!
