What Youll Do- Provide perioperative nursing care to surgical patients across multiple specialties, including orthopedic, cardiovascular, ENT, GYN, plastics, vascular, ophthalmologist, general surgery, trauma, urology, neurosurgery, and robotic procedures
- Circulate during daytime 12-hour shifts, handling emergency and add-on cases
- Assess patient status and coordinate care with surgical and anesthesia teams
- Maintain a sterile environment adhering to AORN standards
- Respond promptly to emergency call requirements with a 30-minute response time
- Support unit operations during scheduled weekdays and weekends, including holiday coverage as needed
- Work independently during off-hours in a community hospital trauma setting
What You Need- Active RN license in State
- BLS & ACLS certifications
- Minimum 2 years circulating experience in an OR environment
- Trauma Level II experience strongly preferred
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations effectively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
