• Experience: Minimum 2 years OR RN experience, experience in Level 1 trauma centers

What You’ll Do:

• Provide specialized surgical nursing care in a fast-paced OR environment
• Assist with neuro or orthopedic surgeries, including cases involving DaVinci Xi Robot and liver transplants
• Maintain sterile techniques and scrub during surgical procedures
• Support trauma and diverse surgical teams for ENT, GU, Plastics, and Burns cases
• Follow protocols for emergency procedures and ensure patient safety during surgeries
• Document procedures accurately in Epic EMR system
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

What You Need:

• Required:
  • Valid Ohio RN license
  • BLS certification
  • NIH Level 1 Trauma certification
  • Experience with DaVinci Xi Robot and liver transplant procedures (rating 3/4)
  • Two or more years of OR RN experience in a Level 1 trauma center
• Preferred:
  • Experience with ENT, GU, Plastics, or Burns surgeries
  • Experience with Epic EMR system
  • Ability to scrub in diverse surgical specialties
