• Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 4-day 10-hour shifts (flexible)

• License/Certs: KS or Multistate RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Experience: 3-5 years in operating room settings, supervisory experience preferred

What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily surgical operations, including schedules and patient flow
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Coordinate procurement and maintenance of surgical resources
• Liaise with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and perioperative teams
• Support pain management, specialty clinics, and labor & delivery procedures
• Assist with OR and patient care activities as needed
• Contribute to continuous improvement of surgical services

What You Need

• Valid KS or Multistate RN license
• Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• 3-5 years OR experience, supervisory background preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and crisis management skills
• Experience with sterile processing and OR protocols
• Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
