Operating Room Manager

HireTeq Solutions is hiring for an RN Manager – Operating Room (OR) for one of our Fortune healthcare clients. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Operating Room, ensuring high-quality patient care, staff leadership, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence while supporting departmental goals and strategic initiatives.

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the Operating Room and ensure efficient patient care delivery.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll approvals, performance evaluations, and employee development.
• Supervise, mentor, and coach nursing staff while promoting teamwork and professional growth.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards.
• Monitor quality, patient safety, customer satisfaction, and performance improvement initiatives.
• Assist with budget management, supply utilization, and departmental strategic planning.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
• Maintain department readiness for regulatory surveys and accreditation requirements.
