Description

I own the Home Helpers Home Care franchise for southwest Broward, and I'm looking for an operating partner to run it.

This is an ownership role, not a salaried position. The right person owns a real stake in what they build.

What's already in place:

Home Helpers Home Care franchise: private-pay, non-medical home care
Active AHCA license, able to accept clients from day one
Protected territory with 80,000+ seniors: Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Cooper City, Davie, Plantation and Weston
Systems, CRM and a caregiver recruiting pipeline already running

Where it stands: the agency is early-stage, with no active client census today. The partner builds the book.

Must be based in Broward County or nearby.
