OpenText xECM Consultant

Our Client, an Aerospace and Defense company, is looking for a System Administrator Level 4 for their Remote location.

Responsibilities:

• Support the enablement of OpenText Content Server xECM
• Serve as subject matter expert on integration of OpenText xECM and SuccessFactors to meet internal business stakeholder requirements
• Serve as subject matter expert on integration of OpenText xECM and SAP S4/HANA to meet internal business stakeholder requirements
• Support development of Solution Configuration Documentation

Requirements:

• Enable OpenText Content Server xECM:
• Proven ability to configure, deploy, and operationalize the platform as the enterprise wide document management solution.
• xECM + SAP Integrations: Hands on experience in at least one full cycle SAP implementation (any release) with documented design, configuration. Demonstrated expertise delivering end to end integrations that satisfy internal stakeholder requirements (data model mapping, workflow automation, data synchronization).
• xECM Architecture Knowledge: Deep understanding of OpenText Content Server architecture, including OTCS repository structure, CMIS/REST APIs, custom workflow scripting, and security model (directory services, SSO, role mapping).
• Solution Configuration and Technical Documentation: Ability to produce clear, maintainable documentation of functional designs, technical builds, and configuration steps.
• Cross Functional Translation: Strong communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into functional specifications for business stakeholders and vice versa for development items.
• Problem Solving & Support: Track record of diagnosing, resolving, and preventing integration issues, ensuring high availability and performance of the combined solution.
