Job Description
We are looking for an experienced OpenText Documentum Developer with strong expertise in Documentum xCP, DFC, Java, Spring Boot, and enterprise content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Documentum development, administration, data migration, enterprise integrations, and modern DevOps practices. Experience with AI-powered development tools and cloud-native technologies is highly preferred.
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Strong experience with OpenText Documentum, Documentum xCP, DFC, DQL, OTDS, and SSO
Hands-on expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and REST APIs
Experience with SQL Server and PostgreSQL
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, Git, and Jenkins
Experience working on Linux and Windows Server
Strong understanding of Documentum Data Migration concepts
Experience with Server Administration and Application Log Analysis
Knowledge of Generative AI Fundamentals
Experience using GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or AWS Kiro
Familiarity with AWS SQS
Roles & Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
Develop and support OpenText Documentum solutions including Content Server, DFC, DQL, Client/REST Services, repository administration, and enterprise integrations.
Build and customize Documentum xCP applications including case management, workflows, business objects, forms, and UI components.
Perform Documentum Administration activities including installation, upgrades, migrations, repository maintenance, patching, user/group management, and job monitoring.
Lead and support Documentum Data Migration projects involving legacy data transformation, validation, reconciliation, and post-migration support.
Implement and support OTDS and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions using SAML, OAuth, or enterprise authentication mechanisms.
Troubleshoot and optimize SQL Server and PostgreSQL databases for performance and reliability.
Perform production support by analyzing application, Documentum, database, and server logs to identify root causes and resolve issues.
Deploy and manage containerized applications using Kubernetes, including Pods, Services, ConfigMaps, Ingress, Helm Charts, scaling, and troubleshooting.
Support high-availability environments with load balancing, reverse proxies, traffic routing, and performance optimization.
Work with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and deployment automation tools to streamline software delivery.
Apply cloud-native architecture principles and DevOps best practices.
Utilize AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, or AWS Kiro to improve development efficiency and solution design.
