JD:
1. Lead requirement gathering workshops with business team and record user requirement specification
2. Lead business requirements analysis, perform Impact analysis and risk assessment
3. Must have in depth product knowledge of Siemens Opcenter
4. Understand customer requirements and provide solution using OOTB product features
5. Experience in end to end Opcenter Modelling and configuration
6. Understand the paper Batch record and business process flow in collaboration with business SMEs
7. Functional and technical knowledge of integrating external systems
8. Extensive Knowledge of Medical devices processes
9. Good knowledge on software development life cycle with experience in all project phases
10. Relevant Experience of 8-10 years
11. Excellent Leadership skills to help team achieve high performance
12. Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical information to Business team
