OPAL Functional and Technical Consultants
Start - asap
Duration 6-12 months with possible extension
Location - work is remote
Role requirements:
2 Functional
- Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects
- 4 years of overall experience with Public Sector customers
- 6 years of overall experience implementing and configuring off the shelf solutions for software vendors
- 6 years of experience developing and documenting As-Is and To-Be Business processes
- Experience in the following Public Sector Domains; Permitting, Licensing, Code Enforcement and Planning
3 Technical
- data conversions/migrations, system integrations, reports and other system configuration tasks as needed.
- 4 years overall experience with Oracle Database or SQL Server - minimum 1 year each
- 2 years experience with Public Sector customers
- 2 years experience with Oracle BI Publisher and Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence
- 2 years experience delivering solutions with Oracle Integration Cloud
- Proficiency with REST web services
- Proficiency with Python
- Data Conversion/Migration Analysis and Development
- System Integration Analysis and Development
