About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Onsite Support Analyst to join our client's team in the IT sector. In this role, you will contribute to providing expert desktop support, managing computer hardware and software, and acting as a second point of escalation for incidents and service requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide second-line investigation and diagnosis.
• Resolve and close incidents and service requests as per help desk procedures and allocated timelines.
• Escalate unresolved incidents and service requests within agreed timescales.
• Liaise with customers, other IT support groups, and third-party providers when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of onsite IT support experience.
• Experience imaging and deploying devices using Microsoft Intune.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
• CompTIA A+ Certification required. Network-related certification or knowledge preferred.

Preferred Qualifications (if any)

• Previous IT support experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting CAD applications and engineering software.
• Leadership or team lead experience.
• Exposure to AI technologies, tools, or automation initiatives.
• Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
