Schedule:Monday – Friday8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition Summary:The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for the overall coordination and management of temporary employees at the client location. This position serves as the primary liaison between the client, hiring managers, and the staffing agency to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently. The Onsite Supervisor oversees recruiting, onboarding, payroll, safety compliance, employee relations, and daily workforce operations while providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & StaffingRecruit, interview, and submit qualified candidates to client hiring managersCoordinate drug screenings, background checks, and new hire onboarding paperworkReview associate availability and ensure staffing needs are consistently metAssist with employee replacements or assignment terminations as neededEmployee Relations & Workforce ManagementFollow up with supervisors to ensure staffing requirements are fulfilledSupervise and support temporary associates and team leadsMonitor employee attendance and daily workforce activitiesTrack employee headcount and hours worked on a daily and weekly basisRecommend employee performance evaluations to managers and supervisorsPayroll & Administrative SupportReview employee worked hours and verify payroll accuracyCorrect missing punches by coordinating with employees and client representativesUpdate payroll sheets and employee information in company systemsPrepare payroll reports and submit them to Corporate by required deadlinesPrepare weekly attendance reportsOrganize, file, and maintain employee documentationPick up and distribute payroll checks as requiredSafety & ComplianceConduct workplace safety inspections and walkthrough auditsPerform new hire safety orientations and safety trainingConduct employee safety meetings and attend safety committee meetingsEnsure employees have appropriate PPE, safety training, and department trainingVerify forklift certifications are current and coordinate certification for new operatorsInvestigate workplace injuries and complete accident reportsEnsure compliance with company policies, client expectations, and safety regulationsClient & Operational SupportServe as the primary onsite contact between the client and staffing agencyAttend company and client meetings as requestedReview client expectations and operational requirements with employeesMaintain professional communication with employees, supervisors, and managementProvide emergency staffing support when neededJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in staffing, recruiting, human resources, or onsite supervision preferredProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applicationsStrong organizational, multitasking, and time management skillsExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEnglish communication requiredSpanish bilingual skills preferred but not requiredAbility to maintain confidential employee informationStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesReliable attendance and professional demeanor
