Company Overview
Jaboa Enterprises is a Lehigh Valley–based commercial fixture installation company with over 20 years of experience. We specialize in installing retail fixtures, cabinetry, displays, and signage for national retail and manufacturing clients. We’re seeking motivated, hands-on Installers and Onsite Supervisors to join our experienced team. If you have a background in fixture or cabinet installation, finish carpentry, or construction supervision, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career.


Position Overview
As an Onsite Supervisor/Installer, you’ll lead subcontractors and perform hands-on installations in retail environments nationwide. Most projects last 1–3 days and involve both teamwork and travel. All travel and project-related expenses are fully covered by the company.


Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee crews of subcontractors during on-site installations
  • Install retail fixtures, cabinets, and specialty displays with precision and care
  • Coordinate with clients and team members to meet project goals and deadlines
  • Use and maintain hand and power tools safely and effectively
  • Travel regionally and nationally (including air travel when required)
  • Meet daily at our Easton, PA facility before and after jobs
Requirements
  • Must live within a reasonable distance of Easton / Lehigh Valley, PA
  • Proven leadership skills – experience managing crews or subcontractors
  • Experience with fixture or cabinet installation
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and handle physically demanding work
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean record
  • Flexible schedule – willing to travel extensively and work long days/nights
  • Comfortable using smartphones and computers for communication and reporting
  • Dependable and self-motivated team player
Preferred Qualifications
  • Finish carpentry experience
  • OSHA safety training or certification
Compensation & Benefits

Schedule
  • Primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends
