Schedule:Part-TimeSaturday & Sunday9:00 AM – 5:00 PMPosition Summary:The Onsite Supervisor is responsible for coordinating temporary employees at the client location while serving as the primary liaison between the client, employees, and internal recruiting team. This role oversees recruiting support, onboarding, payroll, safety compliance, employee relations, and daily workforce management to ensure staffing needs are met efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Staffing & RecruitmentRecruit, interview, and submit qualified candidates to client hiring managersCoordinate drug screenings, background checks, and new hire paperworkReview associate availability and assist with staffing coverageSupport replacement or termination of temporary associates when necessaryEmployee Relations & Workforce ManagementFollow up with supervisors to ensure staffing requirements are metSupervise and provide support to associates and team leadsMonitor daily employee attendance and maintain staffing levelsTrack employee headcount and hours worked on a daily and weekly basisRecommend performance evaluations to managers and supervisorsPayroll & Administrative SupportReview employee worked hours and payroll records for accuracyVerify and correct missing punches with employees and client representativesUpdate payroll sheets and employee information in company systemsPrepare payroll reports and submit them to Corporate by the weekly deadlinePrepare weekly attendance reportsOrganize, file, and maintain employee documentationPick up and distribute payroll checks as neededSafety & ComplianceConduct safety walkthroughs and workplace inspectionsPerform new hire safety orientations, including safety training videosConduct employee safety meetings and participate in safety committee meetingsEnsure employees have required PPE, safety training, and departmental trainingVerify forklift certifications are current and coordinate certifications for new operatorsInvestigate workplace accidents and complete injury reportsReview client safety expectations and ensure compliance with company policiesCommunication & Client SupportServe as the primary onsite contact between the client and staffing companyAttend company meetings and client meetings as requestedMaintain professional communication with employees, supervisors, and managementSupport client operations by responding quickly to staffing and employee concernsJob Requirements:High School Diploma or GED requiredPrevious experience in staffing, human resources, recruiting, or onsite supervision preferredStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and WordExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsEnglish communication requiredSpanish bilingual skills are preferred but not requiredAbility to handle confidential employee information professionallyStrong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skillsAbility to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple prioritiesReliable attendance and availability to work Saturdays and Sundays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
